What are your pieces made of?
Solid hardwood, organic wool, linen, coconut coir, agave and natural oils. Nothing synthetic: no polyurethane foam, no latex and no chemical flame retardants. Furniture materials
Where is everything made?
Every piece is made to order by hand in the USA.
How long does delivery take?
Furniture as designed ships within 3–4 weeks of your order; customized pieces ship within 8–12 weeks. The Ashbury mattress: Made to order. Ships in 1–2 weeks. Delivery
Is delivery included?
For the Ashbury, standard delivery is included and white-glove delivery is extra. For furniture, white-glove delivery is charged per piece and shown on each product page.
Can I customize a piece?
Yes. Choose the fabric, and on some pieces the seat depth, length or wood finish, using the Customize option on the product page. For something entirely new, see Bespoke; we reply within 48 hours.
Can I see fabrics before I order?
Yes. Order fabric swatches to see and feel them at home.
Can I return the Ashbury mattress?
Yes. 100-night money-back guarantee: sleep on it for at least 30 nights, and if it isn't right within 100 nights of delivery, we collect it at no cost and refund you in full. Custom sizes aren't covered. Guarantee & warranty
Can I return furniture?
Every piece is made to order. Pieces ordered as designed can be returned within 14 days of delivery, minus return shipping and a 15% restocking fee. Customized and bespoke pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged. You can change or cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it. Full details →
Soft or firm?
Soft has a deeper, more cushioned top, for side sleepers and anyone who likes to sink in. Firm is more supportive and even, for back and stomach sleepers. Same price and materials. The Ashbury
Do you make custom mattress sizes?
Custom sizes available. A surcharge applies; we'll quote it on request.
What warranty do you offer?

How do I pay?
Pay in full at checkout. For the Ashbury, you can also pay over time with Affirm.
Do you work with interior designers?
Yes. Designers and trade professionals can apply to the Trade program; applications are reviewed within 2 business days.
